Get a mobile broadband card. However, many campgrounds do have wifi.

There a few different ways you could do it. Do you have a cellphone, if so what kind?

Some phones have the capabilities of tethering or mobile wifi which can give internet access to your laptop. (assuming you receive service in the area)

Also scottgems post was accurate as well.

No cell signal the campsite. My cell phone is a plain old nothing fancy Nokia cell, no camera, nothing special, not even a flip phone.

What is the card mentioned in the other answer, where do I get it, is it expensive?

First please don't use the Comment for follow-up, use the answer options instead.

Mobile broadband uses cellular networks to get to the Internet. If there is no cellular service at all, then it won't work.
