    On probation want to expatriate
So I'm on probation and I want to leave the country for good. I want to buy a plain ticket out of the country and stay gone. But I want to know if there are any back lashes?

    Hello m:

Maybe. The country you're going to may not accept you, and if you pick the wrong one, they could extradite you back to the US. MOST of 'em have an extradition agreement with the US.

First its not a good idea to piggyback your question on someone else's. This can lead to confusion. You should start a new thread. So I've moved your question to its own thread.

    1) You need to be accepted by the country you want to go to. They may not accept felons.

    2) When you go to cross the border, they will find you are on probation and will probably not let you.

Yes, you can not just go and move into other nations, you will have to get a passport and then have the correct visa to get in.
Then you will have to apply for citizenship or get a visa to allow extended stay and to work.

Most will not allow this with a warrant out for you.

And of course your just on probation ( for heavens sake) as is a large number of people in the US.
