It is going to be very individual... your doctor will give you a limit that they are comfortable with. Some will be more cautious than others. How much are you likely to lift? Is this for a job or just wondering? If a job situation, companies themselves will sometimes place a limit for pregnant employees. The biggest concern is the stress on your body as it is easier to injure yourself during pregnancy due to changes from hormones that can effect your joints. |
