I have a lot of money out in a lot of companies and I just started over with my life abd I'm 19 going to 20 soon and the bills are equal amount of 2,500 of debt abd I have a truck in my name. I bought the truck for 4,000 dollars and I made about 11 Payments of 140.00 to my bank, and my truck is now been impounded because it broke down and it will cost about 5,000 to fix and it was impounded about a month ago. I still owe about 3,100 on my truck and I don't know what to do. I feel really overwhelmed, my credit is shot now because of my situation, and no one cares about my situation and no one is willing to help me so I have to take thhis task on by myself and just looking for some additiona segguestions.

Receantly I have started my life over I am 19 going to be 20 shortly. I have debt in many of companies that I owe money to about 2,500 and the bills vary from 100.00 dollars to 500.00 dollar payments. I also got into a very bad bind with a vehicle, at the time I owned a chevy blazer that I bought dec.05 for 4,000dollars in a loan and the payments were 140.00 a month and I made 11 payments. Then receantly my truck broke down really bad and the cost was 5,000 dollars to fix the damage. At the time I owed 3,100 dollars still. Back in June.06 I thought I would invest in another truck and the dealership was to pay off my truck and roll-over the 3,100 on to my new loan for my other truck, everything was going good till things turned for the worse in dec.06 when the truck I thought was mine never did a payment come out of my bank account and I was told back in June.06 to tow my truck up to the dealership and leave it there and my old truck was the dealerships now. I went about my way with my new truck I thought I purchased in June.06 and thought life was better. I was told the truck was mine till the mean time when the dealership could find fianancing for me to take the truck and my old truck was old news. So I did so for the next 6 months I kept getting the bill in the mail for the "failure to make payment" and I never heard from the dealership, or from the guy that said all the previous remarks to me. I told the bank what was going on that the dealership had receantly purchased my old truck and they should have got the pay off amount, but they never received it. I returned to the dealership many of times to find out what was going on and to find out what the deal was on both of my vehicle. Upon returning the tabs were due on my new purchased truck and I never received the title and things were starting to get really shady. I went to the dealership about 20 times asking,wanting,uncertain about everything and wanting to know why things were not normal, I was told many times that I would get the tabed in the mail and the title would be received shortly by the bank. I was told that the dealership had already taken care of my old truck and there was a possible buyer already, and was told it was fixed and like new. So there was no more I could do, so I just returned to my daily tasks of life and then 1 month later I received a "reposession" letter for the where bouts of my old truck, I attempted to make contact with the bank and told the bank the dealership had did the "pay-off" on my old truck. I went to the dealership again and again to be told my truck was already sold to a different couple and was told the bank should not worrie any more. Things started to get really shady, the tabes were do on my truck and the new month started already and wonerding if I should just return my new truck to the dealership. One day my mother was looking over some of the paper work I received for my recent purchase and the pay-off of my old truck. She thought something didn't seem right, she called the dealership and talked to the used car manager and he told my mother that the dealership was on a nation wide man hunt for the truck I was in possention with, so we took a trip to the dealership to find out what the deal was and I was told they were going to report my truck stolen cause the couldn't find it and they had been sending people to my address to retrieve the truck and I lived at my address till dec.06 and remember I bought my new truck in June.06 and they said in aug.06 they were looking for it and they could not locate it so they were going to report it stolen and my new truck was always parked out front of my fathers house cause I lived with my dad for about 11 years at his current address till I moved in with my mother on dec.06. I was told my old truck was towed away to an impound lot and that's were it sits now broke down and racking up impound fees since nov.06. I was also told that the salesperson I was working with had only worked there for 4 days and he had caused a lot of problems for lots of families. I was told that this whole ordeal was my fault and the dealership was not going to retrieve my truck from the impound lot and that was that.
So now I sit with a lot a debt and feeling really overwhelmed about my financial situation and wondering if it is even possible to get my life back on track with a total of 5,600 of debt out there and I just started working 1 week ago and I have been living in my new apartment for 1 month and now must attempt to get my life back on track and I don't know what to do anymore it seems impossible. Please help with some suggestions. Thanks, Mike
