    How long do I have to wait to get a court summon for a criminal citation
    I got a criminal citation for arguing with a cab driver about a taxi fare and I am now being charged with theft of taxi fare. How long will I have to wait for the court summon.

    Depends on how busy the courts and prosecutor's office is.
