    I live in Ca, married 60 yrs. Hubby inherited, am I entitled to half?
    My husband and I live in California and have been married for 60+ years. He recently inherited a large amount of money from his deceased sister. Am I entitled to half?

    No your not according to California law. It is separate property. Its up to him if he wants to co-mingle the funds or not.
