    Overstayed on F-1 - Now re-entering on H-1
I went to US on F-1 Visa in Fall 2004. I was supposed to graduate before December 2006 as written on my I-20.Due to some academic difficultires, my GPA came around 2.7 in last semester so I was not able to graduate.Hence I decided to drop out.But before I can manage for plane tickets to my home country & I wind up everything from US, I took some time & left US in Sept 2007. My I-94 had DS written on it. So I have overstayed for 9 months but no one from immigration office or judge comminicated with me about my status.

Now after 3 yrs, I hv got H-1 Visa stamped last week and I'm going back to US next week.

SO my question is, will I be able to Enter US?

Am I under the bar of 3 yr/10yr ban?
