sudden drop in cold water pressure
    Hi all
I have a house that is 3 separate apartments. Within the past week 2 of my apartments have a problem with the cold water in the shower. What I have been told is that while taking a shower the water will randomly get scalding hot. To me it seamed like the classic toilet flush. But they are telling me on more than one occasion no one else was home more was the washer running. I can't duplicate the problem but I'm told it happens just about every time they shower and it doesn't matter how long they are in for that it is random. Any help would be great I'm dumbfounded
