    Backdated child support?
    It has come to my attention that my dad has not paid CSA since 1993 I'm now 23 would I be entitled to CSAQ backdated?

    No, unless there was an order in place and your mom has passed away. Otherwise it was up to your mom to collect if it was court ordered.
