    Not really, there is something called a "threatened" miscarriage though.

    A threatened miscarriage is a condition that suggests that a miscarriage might take place before the 20th week of pregnancy. It does not always end in miscarriage.

    Some of the symptoms would be abdominal cramping and/or bleeding periodically during the first 20 weeks.
