Hi, I'm a 17 year old female and I get hand tremours.. I've had them for years but they seem to be getting worse it is really frustrating as my hands start to hurt and my wrists, it is pretty painful and annoying.. and exhausting, sometimes I get upset because of the pain and if I try to concerntrate it gets worse. When I'm working ( I work at a supermarket) sometimes they shake that bad I can't pick up the money or have trouble scanning things. I've also had people ask me or look at me funny because they think I'm nervous.. : / I've recently had blood tests & CT scan but they have come up clear.. I'm yet to get an MRI soon.. does anyone have any idea of what it could be, anything that could help the tremours or the pain, and any other help?
