If you were married to someone outside the states. Divorce
My boyfriend was married outside of the u.s (but not through the american courts) which he applied for a visa for his wife, but things didn't work out between them. My question is does he have to divorce her in the american court? Even though he didn't marry her here but because of the visa!! Thank you
