    I have a 2001 Nissan Altima GXE, Service Engine Soon light
    The service engine soon light came on, car bucks, skips, stepping on the gas going up hills the light will flash"

    It feels like it's misfires when this occurs. When not giving it gas it acts better but still has intermittent jerkiness, and bucking.

    The light was off when AutoZone diagnostic said may be number 4 fuel port. Replace cap, rotor, plugs, and wires about 20,000 miles ago. Uncertain what to do?

    Replace the Ignition Control Module (ICM) and coil.

    What was the actual Diagnostic Trouble Code (DTC) that was stored?
