    Yes, it's a parole violation. What happens next depends on several factors - why you are on probation, how much MJ, did you tell the PO or did he/she find out in some other way?

    Getting the ticket isn't a violation. Using it, is. I don't know how much time you'll get. If you're a serial killer just out, you'll probably NEVER see the light of day again... On the other hand, if you just got caught blowing a .08, then they might let you slide ONCE.
