    Furnace induction fan constantly runs
I have a Bryant 395B and the induction fan constantly runs, it doesn't matter if the AC is on or the heat. There was a new blower control board replaced recently (the main blower wasn't working, now it is). I have tried cutting the power and turning it back on, the inducer fan just comes back on when the power is returned. Any suggestions would greatly be appreciated.

    Thanks,

    Eric
