    Hello I:

    There are different levels of sex offenders... Some can be around children. Some can't. But even those that can't are NOT obligated to remove themselves when children come into proximity. In other words, he's allowed to venture into the public domain where children are present.

    And I will add a "but" to excon, if he is sitting in the children's section merely watching the kids, not going in, taking care of his own requirements in there.

    Often is as as much why they go and what they do when they are there that effects "can they go"
