Dryer clicking or tapping noise while tumbling with or without a load
Have taken apart and check for any item that might be stuck to belt or roller. All check out okay. Believe it is a roller bearing but can't determine which one, have not taken roller off. Is there a way to check for the roller bearings going bad?

Dryer Tumbling, not heating [ 1 Answers ]

So, I tried to dry some very wet towels in my dryer, only to find that it didn't work. And now the dryer will not heat. Is it possible the towels were too wet and water got in and damaged something? What would be the first thing to check, element, thermostats?
