Obs and gynae doctors..
Hello doctor, my mother is 44years old.. she has been having brownish coloured watery secretion frm nipples for the past 4 mnths. This secretion is more before menstruation and it gradualy decrese after mentruation.. v have consulted a gynaecologist, she asked for prolactin level.. for my mother prolactin level is 10ng/dl.. nw my question is why is tat secretion coming. Is this a symptom of any disorder or disease? I request your goodself to kindly give me a detailed explanation for my question as soon as possible.. please
