My boiler does not stop running it keeps putting out heat , the thermostats are good ?

Check the thermostats, if they are OK, maybe the boiler isn't getting the read on them.

The boiler keeps running, the thermostats are good why isn't the boiler reading the thermostats ? What do I do to fix it ?

Start checking the actual boiler controls/relays that operate the burner. If the relay or control is stuck shut the unit will continue to run even if the thermostat is disconnected since the thermostat is no longer in control of the boiler but the defective relay or boiler control is.
