    Can I adopt my stepson if I'm no longer married to his father?
    I was married to my exhusband for 10 years, The mother of my stepson has passed away. I have raised my stepson since he was 2 months old, He is now 11. Is there a away I can adopt him?

    What has your exhusband said about it? You should have adopted during the marriage.

    If you are not married to the mother any longer, no there is really no way for you to adopt.
