    Am I Pregnant I HAVE PCOS?
    HI there,
    I have pcos and I do get my period about every 28 to 30 days, but this mnth I'm about 3 weeks late, could this mean I might
    Be pregnant or am I just getting my hopes up.

    It's totally possible. Have you taken a pregnancy test? It would be a good time to do that. Use first morning urine, it's more concentrated and therefore more accurate.

    Women with PCOS can conceive. My friend has PCOS and one ovary. She has three kids, the last conceived while on the pill.
