    Revocation hearing for first violation
My boyfriend is on probation for 5 years on a 3 year prison sentence for manufacturing marj. He was released 11 months ago after serving 6 months on shock probation. He violated his probation for being out of the area while at work and getting caught with buying alcohol by his po. His po conficated the alcohol and did not lock him up but reported the incident to the commonwealths attorney and now they are trying to revoke him. His fines all paid to date, he has completed all classes, he works a full time job, 7 days a week, and community service completed, all drug test have been clean. He also has a good attorney and and employer who will testify for him at hearing. Do you think he will go to jail for the remainder of his sentence, about 18 months.

It is up to the judge, there is a good chance he will, at least for short term
