Uh, Hi. I Think I need help, but I don't really know. I'm really confused, and am having trouble figuring things out. Uh, Okay, so I'm a 14 year old girl, and think I may be insane. I am confused about my sexual orientation, have tried to kill myself twice, not very good at talking to people in regular conversation, freak out over small things, have had anorexia off and on for the past 2 years, have mental arguments with myself, am depressed, have a slight drinking problem, am mad or frustrated most the time, self harm in many ways, been to a counselor for cutting, have violent urges toward myself and others, and feel there is always something in my mind that is just barely out of my grasp. Really, I just want to know if this is just the normal teenage drama or if there really is something wrong with me. Please help, thank you.

There is nothing normal about the description of how you feel and what you do. I would suggest going to the nearest hospital and be accessed.

If you have self harmed yourself, and think about harming yourself and other people, you should try to get help. Have you had diagnosed anorexia nervousa? Could you describe these "mental arguments"? Why do you think you are depressed? Do you deal with your feeling of depression with drinking? Worrying over small things seems normal, but the harming, mental arguments, etc. don't. You should talk to your family, and try to see a therapist maybe, and check into a hospital to see what help you can get.

I think it might be something more advanced than a normal teenage drama. You should talk to your parents, or make an appointment with a psychologist, talking to somebody can be the cure for loads of things.

This not teenage darma thing , can't you be like any other normal girl and relax yourself try to look for boy friend , and listen to relax music and have fun in your young age , I hate comparing people to another, listen if you don't know what you doing on yourself and you losing control I will suggest to go on hospital and tell your parents
