Kenmore dryer drum not turning?

I have a Kenmore 70 series electric dryer. The drum is not turning. I have taken the drum out, the tension on the belt seems to be tight enough and no noticeable damage.

I used an ohmeter to check start button, thermal fuse, timer, thermostats and they all check out OK. I'm afraid it's the motor and don't know how to get to it to test with ohmeter.
