    If we pour water on floor what will be its height?

    It probably depends mainly on the floor surface - waxed, dirty, etc. I suggest you look for information on the CONTACT ANGLE of water on surfaces.

    If water is poured up to some height then height of floor will be seen less then the original height .In practical we can see in bucket ,if we fill the bucket with water ,the height of bucket seems to be less then the original ,observe that it would be helpful u.

    I don't understand your question. Give me another example - the bucket makes no sense.
