I'm 19 and have been with a few guys
But I get the sex flush (you know where your cheeks go red) during sex and especially if I orgasm.. I really hate it cause my ex used to make fun of me.. I'm just wondering how many other girls get it and if its weird for guys if girls cheeks go bright red?

If your ex made fun of you, I'm glad he's your ex.

Facial flushing, like wetness, is a sign of arousal. There are some men who dislike women who get really wet. That's like a woman being displeased or with, or making fun of guy whose penis gets too hard.

If he's forewarned that your flushing means he's doing a great job, he should love it.

It isn't weird. It is a natural consequence of arousal and orgasm. It just means that there is less pigment between your skin and the capillary beds below. When you get aroused all your blood vessels dilate to a degree. The flush shows that the guy is indeed turning you on.

I would find it arousing to be honest. Any fellow who teases or makes fun of you for that should be your Ex.

You boyfriend ( glad he is a ex I am sure) was basically selfish, in that he would make fun of a natural thing that happens to you when you organism but I bet he made his noise or did his thing when he did, but found no issue in it.

The correct partner loves and wants to share your joy as much as he wants to share his joy with you. There is no making fun of the other in real love

Like everyone else is saying, it's a good thing he is your ex. This is my person opinion, but perhaps he found it different; he's male so it's likely that he has watched some (most likely a lot of) porn. The women in these movies are caked with make-up (I've even read digitally edited) so red cheeks aren't what he was expecting. (Another reason that pornography causes huge damage to individual's and society, and that's coming from a male!)

But I think it's hot. As said before, it is a sign of arousal and absolute satisfication. Too bad his ego killed a potention compliment because he preferred delusion against reality. Don't worry about it, and if a future partner brings it up, tell him he was that ing good.
