    Im 15,I'm 5'4 and weigh about 71kg, I'm really uncomfortable with my body,HELP?
    Im 15 & I'm 5'4 and weigh about 71kg. I have been really uncomfortable with my body lately & I've been getting jelous of a lot of people :/ I can't stop help but to cry when I see myself cause I'm so ashamed of my body & I don't know why but I'm afraid to diet in case I diet too much & get sick or something :/ PLEASE Can anyone please help me??

    I'm sure you realize your fears are unrealistic and unfounded. Weight is a bigger health danger than dieting, as long as it's not extreme/excessive dieting.

    The secret to losing weight is fewer calories and more exercise.

    What do you do for exercise now? Do you eat a lot of high calorie junk food?

    I am in the US and your weight converts to 156 pounds. How much do you want to lose?

    A healthy balanced diet with regular exercise will balance out your body weight.

    You don't need any fad diets or extreme diets,just a healthy balanced diet.

    Stop eating junk food,take up a sport,swimming,running or even just a walk in the evening,see if a friend or your mother or other family member is interested in getting fit.

    Once you start to tone up,and eating properly your energy levels will increase,you will sleep better,look better.

    Drink lots of water every day,no fizzy drinks!
