    Keep it short and simple, people do not want to read paragraph after paragraph.

    Introduce yourself and your company, briefly say what you do, ask if there is any interest and please call if there is.

    Sign off as 'respectfully' giving your address and direct phone number.

    You may want to add that you will call on a certain date, then call them.
