    I bought a new heat pump I know the factory charge it with freon do they charge the oil to

    Yes, the new system has the factory recommended levels of oil and refrigerant. A package unit has the critical weight of the system charge and a split unit has enough for an average length of line set. Longer line sets may require additional charge.
