    Belly problem
    I am 5'2" and weigh 100 lb. I am an overall slim person. The only problem is that my lower belly is sticking out big time. So much that it is quite visible and I am very uncomfortable with my body. One of my friend told me that lower belly problem is because of some gynecology problem. Is it correct? If it is then what is it? I do not have extra fat in upper belly at all. It is just below my belly button. And it looks abnormal.

    Is your friend a doctor?

    If not and your concerned go see a doctor to rule out any physical problem,he/she may suggest some form of exercise to decrease your stomach size if your not happy.

    I would recommend that you don't start any drastic diets though.

    A healthy diet and exercise is your friend for toning and keeping healthy.

    This is what some women call a "pooch." Very normal for many women. Situps, crunches, etc may help with that.
