Okay I meet my first love online and we were friends for over a year.We got together on January 15th 2010 everything was amazing we got into a lot of fights though.We broke up once over his mom she hates me because I took his v card and I smoke ciggs but that's besids the problem.I been told by my ex best friend that he touched her and I don't believe her and still don't I know she came on to him. He hit her with a towel in front of me and he hit her on the butt I don't know if he played me or not.I looked through his phone everyday like he would mine its what we did.Even his myspace he would check mine too and well when we broke up I couldn't eat for days I was with him for 6 months.He won't talk to me now and I try all the ways I know how to get him to talk to me but.He won't he won't even give me a good reason why he saw my because at buger kind.They were talking and he asked how I was he said to her he misses me he even wanted me home from this girls house he did not want me there so I came home for good I tried to make things work for us I tried talking to him and being friends.He said that he is talking to someone new and it has been a month after we broke up that he moved on to someone new it still hurts I want him to know how I feel but he don't want me to talk to him on January 15th would have been our 1 year I wrote him a long note should I type it out and give it to him or just let it go and do my best to move on?

Writing letters is good - just don't mail them.
A few good close friends and an interest in something other than men is really, really important to help you through the breakups.
Read the 3 novels about the' Girl With the Dragon Tattoo' etc - they are thrillers and you will get totally absorbed and forget about him.

First of all, sounds like there is NO trust at all from either of you. Relationships without trust simply do not work! You can always put effort into trying to work this situation out, but in reality, it really doesn't seem like an mistrustful relationship is really worth the effort. I think that you should start moving on, and if by any reason you two should get back together, or you go into a relationship with someone else in the future, make sure to set boundaries to be able to give each other privacy.
