    Liabilities, Owners' Equity, and Contra Assets accounts.

    Still having a little trouble getting the exact accounts together and deciding which accounts fit in each category but, working at it. Again thanks..

    This may help:

    For your Debit accounts:
    D - Debits
    E - Expenses
    A - Assets
    D - Dividends

    For Credit accounts:
    C - Credits
    U - Unearned Revenues
    R - Revenues
    L - Liabilites
    S - Stockholder/Owner's Equity

    This helped me a lot in my first accounting class.
