    Rose flower power cartoon movie.
    There's this move I remember me and my oldest sister watcing. I think it was made it like the 80s or 90s. About this long wavy blonde girl and 2 other girls, one was like mexican the other was black and they some how got the power of the rose or flowers. It was a cartoon. All else I can remember is them wearing either white victorian like dresses or they might have been pink, but they each ahd hats with here florwe or rose.
