Whirlpool Series 80 Dryer - Troubleshoot Assistance
Greetings, and thank you for your web site.

I have a 7 year old Kenmore Series 80 Dryer. On any fabric setting of the dryer, the dryer stops after running 10-20 minutes (It runs longer depending up the temperature setting, at "High", it could stop earlier. I wait a few minutes, start the machine, and it begins to do the same thing (takes a while longer to do a hour-long load!! ). Could this possible be a clogged exhaust port or hose, or is this a more ominous problem? Thank you very much! [email protected].

Could be clogged exhaust or could be bad thermostat or thermal limit.
