    My 14 year old daughter is the beneficiary of a IRA what are the laws?
    My Fourteen year old daughter is the beneficiary of a IRA, I am the full custodial parent. What are the laws for the IRA?

    Depends on the type of IRA and the amount involved. This is a fast moving ever changing area the rules change monthly some times. Check with your brokerage and then an attorney.
