We are in cleaning business for 20 Years.We used to do after construction cleaning,models cleaning,residential.Since there is no more business in this particular field we have to keep going and try office cleaning .We are located in Chicago.How and where We can get leads for office cleaning jobs.Is there any agency or broker who can sell office cleaning leads.Please send me a good advice.Andy.

There are places where you can get sales leads in the form of locations with names and phone numbers, although not inexpensive.The most effective and cost effective way is to knock on doors and introduce yourself.

Also read all your local papers, join networking groups, web advertising and talk to everyone as they may work somewhere that may need your services or know someone who does.

However personal contact allows you to view the building/s and get the responsible person's name and contact information. Then follow up via phone, email or snail mail.

I too am in the Chicago area and have been in this business for a very long time.
