    Exactly how long after sex will I be able to tell if I'm pregnant?
    Its been almost 2 weeks and I find myself more tired than usual, I'm getting headaches everyday, and my back has been hurting, but I don't know what to do or think about it

    Many women will get an accurate result on a pregnancy test at this point, but for greater accuracy, it is best to see if your next period does not show, or is different from the norm.
