    Dog is skinny, gassy and poops a lot
    Eats all the time but has frequent bowel movements. She is very skinney her ribs and tail bones are sticking out. She is also very gassy. Her liver and kidney levels are high. Is there anything we can do to help her?

    I think you should take her to the vet.
    How old is she?
    Has anything in her diet changed?
    I notice that you say she eats a lot, yet is very skinny with bones sticking out visibly, with few bowel movements.
    Have you tried a new food?
    You should consult your vet to make sure nothing serious is going on. Hope she gets better.
