    how do I simplify the expression 18m-7 12m

    18m-7=12m? Solve for m. Add 7 to each side of the equation, 18m=12m+7. Subtract 12m from each side of the equation, 6m=7. Divide both sides of the equation by 6, m=7/6 or 1 1/6.
