    Creditor died
    I have a judgement against me and the creditor died do I still have to pay?

    First its not a good idea to piggyback your question on someone else's. This can lead to confusion. You should start a new thread. So I've moved your question to its own thread.

    The debt does not die with the holder of that debt. It becomes a part of the holder's estate. It then becomes the responsibility of executor of the estate to collect the debt.

    Of course you have to pay, the who you pay will depend, as noted it will be the estate, and latter will be who takes legal control of the debt
