Yes I understand Uniform commerce Code UCC-1 form and also understand House Joint Resolution H.J.R 192
and public Policy PL 73-10 Executive order sign into law by Roosevelt 5th of June 1933. I also understand your birth certificate is a bond and I also understand every man and woman child has a treasury account with unlimited credit, I also understand Accepted for Value exempt from levy and UCC 3-419. what I don't know or can't find is the site I once had telling you how you can borrow funds from the account. via unlimited credit. And accept it for value and discharge..
