    Car will not go into gear only in the morning does this happen
    This is for a Subaru, will not go into gear and only happens in the morning, also have replaced the brake switch and same problem

    Do you mean that the (automatic?) transmission won't come out of the Park position?

    Was the brake switch replace in an attempt to fix this?
