    Ilr application for potential divorcée
    I have a cousin sister who arrived here as a spouse, therefore has a spouse visa. She's been here for 18 months. But the marriage is not working out so she is on the verge of divorcing him. They have a baby daughter. After divorcing him, can she still apply for ilr without the spouse route? Her husband will not apply for her.

    She may be eligible to file self-petition but she needs to consult immigration lawyer.
