1996 in Georgia, I was charged for suspended license, no insurance, false name, stolen tag(theft by receiving). I was told after 7 years, with a clean record.
I would automatically fall up the 1st affender act. I'm eigible to vote, receive security clearance, and passpast. Far as applying for a job, does my past felony show up on my background check? |
