Unknown bump on penis
My friend has recently discovered a bump on the shaft on his penis he didn't tell me this until after he has cut his finger and was bleeding, and served me a plate of chicken wings, if he were later to find out it is some kind of std could this be transmitted to me, for him touching my food with his bloody finger even if he might have washed his hands before washing his hands

Depends on what specific STD you are asking about - it's a long shot but apparently it is possible for some. Sexually Transmitted Diseases - Minnesota Dept. of Health
What do you mean by he washed his hands before he washed his hands? If he washed his hands thoroughly before handling your food, there is no chance - if that is what you meant (again, according to that site).

Sorry about the misspelling but I meant to say if he might of washed his hands before serving me my food. So are you saying that there is a chance of him transmiting it to me if that bump that he has turns out to be an std. should I get tested?

From the information that you have given it is very difficult to tell.
Firstly, most lumps and bumps on the male genitals are normal such as sebaceous cysts and hair follicles; however, some may be a sign of something sexually transmitted such as genital warts or herpes.
In terms of his finger bleeding; I highly doubt that anything would be transmitted onto yourself. Sexually transmitted diseases such as HIV, Herpes and Syphillis are carried in the blood; however, in order for them to be passed on there usually but not always needs to be blood mucous or blood to blood contact.
Overall, I doubt that if your friend does have any STI that it would have been passed onto you through him handling your food.
If in doubt I suggest you visit your GP.

First please do not answer in the comment section, not everyone reads those.
Please answer your own question to add additional info
1.he needs to have the "bump" looked at and then everyone will know what it is
2. no one should ever serve food with a open wound that is still bleeding into the food. ( just plain gross)
If you are in doubt over your health, and not getting answers from the other person always have yourself checked
