    Hello j:

    I don't know about THAT jail, but NONE that I've ever been in did drug tests. They actually don't care if you did drugs on the outside because they can't charge you with it anyway... Besides, they KNOW most of the people they arrest are drug users.

    Well, if you come into the jail as a person who appears to be on drugs as a routine you will be tested. But if you come into any facility bouncing off the walls or being overly aggressive you will be tested to see just what sort of drugs you are on.

    Jails have had enough people die while in their care due to being overly intoxicated on alcohol so they are getting overly cautious now so they aren't slammed with huge wrongful death lawsuits.
