Not sure if its my mobo, cpu, or psu?
Last week I posted a problem about my monitor getting no signal. After testing I still wasn't sure what the problem was, but I thought it was the mobo.

So I got a new mobo and when I put the CPU in, it doesn't power up. Well, it powers up for a split second then it shuts down automatically. Without the CPU in, the motherboard powers up fine but doesn't beep at all.

When I was installing the CPU I was an idiot. I attached the CPU fan but I forgot to actually hook the fan up to the motherboard. Yes I know it was a dumb thing to do. :( I powered the motherboard on without the CPU fan plugged into the motherboard. And when I did that, it shut off automatically like it does now. Even with the CPU fan hooked into the motherboard, it shuts off automatically.

Now, my question is did I fry my CPU? Or did I fry the motherboard? Like I said the motherboard powers on with no CPU attached but doesn't beep. But when the CPU is in (along with the fan) it doesn't power up at all. However, when I attach the CPU to the old motherboard I had, it powers up fine but it doesn't beep.

As you can see I am at a total loss. I have no idea what is wrong. I haven't had a chance to test the power supply so it *may* be that.
