I would contact a divorce attorney and perhaps look into an annulment on fraud perhaps.

But if you can't go that route, then go for the divorce route.

I would try filing in the UK over China. If she puts up a fight or the UK courts won't allow it, then so be it.

But I would go see a UK family law attorney and talk with them and see about possibly filing in the UK.
