I had a baseball game today and after swinging my bat I felt pain in my lower back on the left side. I've been trying to look up online what could have happened but there is so many things and Idk. It is still hurting right now, any idea on what is wrong?

If pain persists after conservative treatment, it's important to consult your physician about other treatment options. Surgery is usually only required for the most back pain conditions, however if significant damage has been caused then surgery may be needed.
