    My ex husband died this weekend, we have3 children, what rites do they have
    We are not intrested in money etc.hewas a drunk and we barely saw him,his sister didn't even tell us he wasdead. What rights do we have

    I'm confused. If you don't want his money and were not involved with him, what do you want exactly? Why not let his sister handle it?
